Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a capable professional to lead and support the implementation of Mercur Business Control for new and existing customers in Sweden.

You will gather business requirements, design system solutions, develop integrations, build dashboards, and deliver go-live activities while training users and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Fluent Swedish and English are required, with degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or Information Systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Information Systems or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with practical solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent Swedish and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the implementation of Mercur Business Control for new and existing customers.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Design, configure, and customise the system to meet customer needs.
• Develop and manage integrations between Mercur Business Control and other systems.
• Design and build reports, dashboards, and decision-support solutions.
• Deliver customer- and industry-specific system enhancements and configurations.
• Conduct system testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Provide user training and ongoing customer support.
• Manage customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout project lifecycles.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality solutions and successful project outcomes.
