Job summary

Sofigate, the leading Business Technology Transformation company in the Nordics, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex technology and business transformation initiatives in Stockholm.

You will manage the full project lifecycle—from defining scope and translating objectives into a structured delivery plan to execution, handover and adoption—while balancing timelines, budgets, risks and governance.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in project management, technology consulting, business transformation, or a closely related field.
• A strong track record of leading software implementations or other technology-enabled transformation projects.
• Experience managing projects from initiation and planning through delivery, adoption, and handover.
• Strong capabilities in stakeholder management, governance, risk management, budgeting, and resource coordination.
• The ability to align business and technical teams around shared objectives and priorities.
• An understanding of how new technology affects processes, roles, and ways of working.
• Curiosity about technology and a willingness to learn enough about new solutions to engage confidently with technical teams.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to make complex topics understandable to different audiences.
• A structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach combined with strong self-leadership.
• Work proficiency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken

Responsibilities
