Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager in Sweden to lead complex IT initiatives from initiation to delivery. You will drive planning, governance, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting while coordinating stakeholders, architects, technical teams, suppliers, and management.

You will lead workshops and steering committees, manage scope, risks, and changes, and ensure high-quality documentation and decision support for senior leadership. Strong Swedish and English skills are required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex IT projects.
• Experience delivering large-scale IT transformation or system implementations.
• Proven ability to drive governance, budgets, and timelines.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with enterprise IT systems or digital platforms.
• Fluent Swedish and professional English.
