Qualifications

• 5+ years in Change Manager roles supporting technical transformation projects.
• Expertise in Change Management, Stakeholder Management, assessments, planning, and communication.
• Prosci certification (or equivalent) required.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior leaders.
• Experience with mergers or business integration is desirable.

• Lead end-to-end change management activities for technical transformation projects.
• Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct change impact assessments and identify organizational risks.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and build relationships across all levels.
• Create clear technical and colleague communications to support adoption.

• Monitor readiness, adoption, and effectiveness throughout delivery.
