Job summary

AI Project Manager

We are now looking for an experienced AI Project Manager who can combine leadership, AI‑enabled transformation, and business‑driven innovation to deliver measurable outcomes for our customers.

Your role

As an AI Project Manager, you’ll help organisations turn AI from experimentation into real business value. You will lead transformation initiatives where generative AI, intelligent automation, and modern ways of working come together to reshape how work gets done.

You’ll work closely with both business and technical stakeholders, driving AI‑enabled projects from idea to implementation while supporting organisations through change and adoption.

What you’ll do

• Lead AI‑driven transformation projects focused on generative AI, automation, and intelligent workflows
• Translate business goals into structured project plans, ensuring delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes
• Collaborate across business and technology teams to drive AI adoption and organisational change
• Facilitate workshops, communication, and decision‑making processes in fast‑moving environments
• Identify risks, remove blockers, and support teams in delivering efficiently and confidently
• Explore and apply emerging AI capabilities and modern delivery methods to improve ways of working
• Contribute to long‑term customer partnerships by shaping AI transformation roadmaps and business value creation
• Stay curious about the evolving AI landscape, emerging technologies, and future ways of working

What you bring

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, digital transformation, or technology‑related initiatives
• A strong interest in generative AI, automation, and how AI can create measurable business value
• Experience coordinating or leading transformation, AI, or technology projects in complex organisations
• Confidence in stakeholder management, communication, and driving collaboration across teams
• A structured and proactive approach to planning, governance, and delivery
• Curiosity and practical experience in using AI tools to improve productivity and ways of working
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills — you know how to simplify complexity and bring people together
• Experience working in agile and other modern delivery frameworks
• A bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, business, or equivalent
• Full working proficiency in Swedish and English
