RDN CONS in Athens, Greece is seeking Swedish-speaking professionals to join an on-site international customer support team. You will help customers with device protection plans, warranty services and claims, offering clear guidance and practical solutions.

Qualificações

• Swedish language proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Good command of English.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using computers, digital platforms and electronic devices.
• Customer-oriented and detail focused.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional, empathetic and solution-oriented support to Swedish-speaking customers.
• Assist customers with device protection plans, warranty services and claims.
• Guide customers through claims procedures and explain the available solutions clearly.
• Support customers whose electronic devices are damaged, defective or malfunctioning.
• Carry out basic troubleshooting and elevate complex cases as needed.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints effectively and courteously.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow established procedures.
• Deliver excellent service while meeting quality standards.
