RDN CONS in Greece is seeking Swedish-speaking professionals to join an international customer support team in Athens, on-site. You will assist customers with device protection plans, warranties, and claims while delivering empathetic, solution-oriented support.

Qualifications

• Swedish language at C1 level or higher.
• Good level of English.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using computers, digital platforms and devices.
• Customer-oriented, patient and detail-focused.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and work on-site in Athens.
• Previous experience in customer service or related fields is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, empathetic and solution-oriented support to Swedish-speaking customers.
• Assist customers with device protection plans, warranty services and claims.
• Guide customers through claims procedures and explain available solutions clearly.
• Support customers whose devices are damaged, defective or malfunctioning.
• Carry out basic troubleshooting and elevate complex cases to appropriate teams.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively and courteously.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow established procedures.
• Deliver excellent service while meeting quality standards.
