RDN CONS in Athens, Greece is seeking Swedish-speaking customer support professionals to join a multinational team. You will assist customers with device protection plans, warranties and claims, providing clear guidance and practical solutions in English and Swedish.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out basic troubleshooting and escalate complex cases when needed.
