RDN CONS is seeking Swedish-speaking professionals to join an international customer support team in Athens, Greece. You will help customers with device protection plans, warranties, and claims, providing clear guidance and practical solutions. Qualifications

• Fluent Swedish (C1 or higher) is required.
• Good command of English is expected.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable using computers and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, empathetic support to Swedish-speaking customers.
• Assist customers with device protection plans, warranties and claims.
• Guide customers through claims procedures and explain solutions clearly.
• Support customers with damaged or malfunctioning devices.
• Carry out basic troubleshooting and escalate complex cases.
• Handle inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow procedures.
• Deliver excellent service while meeting quality standards.
