Job summary

Assessio Norge A/S is seeking a Sales Development Representative for Sweden to drive outbound prospecting and create opportunities for our HR Tech solutions. The preferred location is Oslo, with Stockholm as an option.

You will own sales development activities toward the Swedish market, working closely with three Swedish Account Executives to generate and qualify new business opportunities. This role emphasizes curiosity, research, and value-based conversations.

Qualifications

• Fluent Swedish and strong professional English are required.
• Experience or strong interest in outbound sales is valuable.
• Excellent communication and a value-based approach to prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant accounts, stakeholders and opportunities in Sweden.
• Engage prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Qualify opportunities and book high-quality meetings for Account Executives.
• Connect customer challenges with Assessio's product portfolio.
• Collaborate with AEs and the SDR team to grow the pipeline.
