Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking a Swedish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a vibrant iGaming team in Malta. You will become an expert in sportsbook and online casino products while supporting customers via phone, chat, and email.

This is a hands‑on role with ownership of customer cases from start to finish, collaborating with Payments, Fraud, and Compliance teams. The position offers a hybrid working model, relocation support, and a generous remote work allowance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in Swedish and English, spoken and written.
• Minimum 1 year of customer support experience in a call centre environment.
• Good computer skills across multiple systems.
• Structured and analytical mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts.
• EU passport or legal right to work in Malta; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone, live chat, and email.
• Resolve customer inquiries from start to finish.
• Process withdrawals and handle KYC documentation.
• Perform daily security checks on customer accounts.
• Identify trends and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with Payments, Fraud, and Compliance teams.
• Contribute to team KPIs while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
