Next Job Abroad is hiring a Swedish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a growing iGaming team in Malta. You will handle sportsbook and online casino customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, taking ownership of cases and coordinating with Payments, Fraud, and Compliance.

The role offers a hybrid working model with up to 40 days/year fully remote, a relocation package, and an international expat environment. You must have EU work eligibility; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and good English (spoken and written).
• At least 1 year of customer support experience in a call centre environment.
• Good computer skills and confidence across multiple systems.
• Structured and analytical mindset; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts; ability to adapt to evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone, live chat, and email.
• Resolve customer inquiries from start to finish.
• Process withdrawals and handle KYC documentation.
• Perform daily security checks on customer accounts.
• Identify trends and propose process improvements.
• Collaborate with Payments, Fraud, and Compliance teams.

About the Role

Our client is looking for a Swedish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join their growing iGaming team in Malta. You'll become an expert in sportsbook and online casino products while supporting customers via phone, chat, and email. This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of customer cases from start to finish while working closely with teams across Payments, Fraud, and Compliance.

Working Hours

• Shift-based schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Your Daily Tasks Will Include:

• Supporting customers via phone, live chat, and email
• Resolving customer enquiries from start to finish
• Processing withdrawals and handling KYC documentation
• Performing daily security checks on customer accounts

What You Need:
