Next Job Abroad is recruiting a Swedish-speaking Customer Support Specialist for an iGaming company in Malta. You will handle customer inquiries across sportsbook and online casino products via phone, chat, and email, owning cases from start to finish.

You'll work in a hands-on, cross-functional environment with Payments, Fraud, and Compliance, and enjoy a relocation package, a hybrid work model, and strong international exposure.

Qualifications

• Fluent Swedish is required.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• At least 1 year of customer support experience in a call centre environment.

Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone, live chat, and email.
• Resolve inquiries from start to finish and keep customers informed.
• Process withdrawals and manage KYC documentation.
• Perform daily security checks on accounts and investigate trends.
• Collaborate with Payments, Fraud, and Compliance teams.
• Contribute to KPIs and deliver high‑quality customer experiences.
