Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking a Swedish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a growing iGaming team in Malta. You will become an expert in sportsbook and online casino products while supporting customers via phone, chat, and email.

This hands-on role involves owning customer cases from start to finish and collaborating with Payments, Fraud and Compliance teams. The role offers a hybrid working model with shift-based hours, including evenings and weekends, plus up to 40 days per year fully

Qualifications

• Swedish and English language skills required, spoken and written.
• At least 1 year of customer support experience in a call centre environment.
• Good computer skills and ability to work across multiple systems.
• Structured and analytical mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work shifts
• Interest in sports betting and online casino is advantageous
• Positive attitude with problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
• Must have EU passport or legal right to work in Malta; visa sponsorship not available

Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone, live chat and email.
• Resolve customer enquiries from start to finish.
• Process withdrawals and handle KYC documentation.
• Perform daily security checks on customer accounts.
• Identify trends and suggest process improvements.
• Work closely with Payments, Fraud and Compliance teams.
• Contribute to team KPIs while delivering outstanding customer experience
