Job summary

Next Job Abroad seeks a Swedish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a vibrant iGaming team in Malta. You will handle sportsbook and online casino inquiries via phone, chat, and email, owning cases end-to-end and collaborating with Payments, Fraud, and Compliance teams.

The role offers a hybrid work model with up to 40 remote days per year and a relocation package to Malta, combining an international career with a Mediterranean lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Fluent Swedish and good English, both spoken and written.
• At least 1 year of customer support experience in a call centre.
• Good computer skills and confidence across multiple systems.
• Structured and analytical mindset with multitasking ability.
• Willingness to work shifts; relocation to Malta is possible.
• EU passport or right to work in Malta; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone, live chat, and email.
• Resolve inquiries from start to finish and maintain quality service.
• Process withdrawals and handle KYC documentation.
• Perform daily security checks on customer accounts.
• Identify trends and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with Payments, Fraud, and Compliance teams.
• Contribute to team KPIs while delivering excellent customer experience.
