Job summary

Next Job Abroad seeks Swedish-speaking individuals for an international customer service role in Athens. You will engage with customers on insurance claims, guide them through the journey, and learn the full claims process in a multinational team.

You'll receive structured onboarding, relocation support, and ongoing training. The position is on-site in Athens with opportunities to develop a global career in insurance and claims.

Qualifications

• Speak Swedish fluently and have a good level of English.
• Have completed high school or equivalent.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers.
• Willing to relocate to Athens for a gap-year program.
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn in insurance/claims.

Responsibilities

• Registering and processing new claims.
• Managing existing claims and providing status updates.
• Explaining insurance coverage, eligibility and terms.
• Helping coordinate repairs and replacements.
• Managing customer complaints and escalations.
• Maintaining accurate case documentation.
• Following internal and regulatory procedures.
• Working across CRM and specialised claims-management systems.
