Next Job Abroad is seeking Swedish-speaking candidates willing to relocate to Athens to join an international customer service team specialising in insurance, claims and device protection. You’ll gain hands-on experience with the claims journey and build transferable experience across CRM and specialised systems.

You'll learn through full training and on-the-job development, with support for moving and settling in Greece.

Qualifications

• Speaks Swedish fluently.
• Good level of English.
• Completed high school or equivalent.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically.
• Enjoy solving problems and taking ownership.
• Can handle challenging conversations professionally.
• Are organised and pay attention to detail.
• Comfortable working across several computer systems.
• Interested in learning more about insurance and claims.
• Ready to relocate to Athens.

Responsibilities

• Register and process new claims.
• Manage existing claims and provide status updates.
• Explain insurance coverage, eligibility and terms.
• Help coordinate repairs and replacements.
• Manage customer complaints and escalations.
• Maintain accurate case documentation.
• Follow internal and regulatory procedures.
• Work across CRM and claims-management systems.
• Provide compassionate, clear customer service throughout the claim journey.
