Next Job Abroad seeks Swedish-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a multinational team on Crete. You’ll be the first point of contact for Swedish customers, handling inquiries and guiding them on products, services, and roadside support.

Qualifications

• First point of contact for Swedish-speaking customers.
• Excellent Swedish and very good English communication.
• At least 6 months customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and strong problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls and emails from Swedish customers.
• Provide product and service guidance to customers.
• Assist with roadside support coordination when needed.
• Maintain accurate records across multiple systems.
