About The Role

You'll be the first point of contact for Swedish-speaking customers, providing professional support for a range of automotive-related enquiries. From answering questions about products and services to coordinating roadside assistance, you'll help ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience. No need to be a car expert from day one—you'll receive full training before you get started.

Your Daily Tasks Will Include

Requirements

What You Need

• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and very good English (spoken and written)
• At least 6 months of customer service or customer support experience is preferred
• A passion for cars is a strong advantage
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Confidence using computers and learning new systems
• A positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn
• A sense of ownership and commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences
