Job summary

Arrow Global Components are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager for our Swedish office to continue and strengthen the success story of Arrow’s electronic components distribution business in Sweden. The person selected will manage offices in Sweden and support the semiconductor sales team in adopting new go-to-market approach.

The role will be ideal for a challenge-driven and creative manager who is an expert in managing change and supporting employees through it.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Re-brand the business while maintaining market share and leadership.
• Lead the team from the front; take ownership and support employees and objectives.
• Support and adopt new go-to-market strategies and manage team through change.
• Take full accountabilities for all sales KPIs for Sweden.
• Partner with regional managers to share ideas and adopt solutions.
