Job summary

H&M Group is hiring a Payroll Manager for Sweden to lead a large payroll operation in Stockholm. You will ensure accurate, compliant, timely payroll across multiple employee groups and collective agreements.

You will set strategic direction, develop the payroll team, and drive system improvements including SAP and HRM-related flows to deliver high-quality service. This permanent role offers growth across a global retail group.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Swedish end-to-end payroll in large/complex orgs.
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, compliance, controls and annual cycle.
• Proven senior leadership, directing and developing specialists through change.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate, compliant and timely payroll across Sweden with multiple groups and agreements.
• Set strategic direction for Swedish payroll and translate needs into priorities and governance.
• Lead scalable, digital payroll processes to improve quality, controls and value.
• Use payroll data and reporting to uncover opportunities and support decisions.
