Job summary

Ocado Group is seeking a Payroll Advisor for its Sweden operations to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing under a fixed‑term contract. You will work closely with People, Finance and our external payroll vendor to meet statutory tax and social security obligations.

The role requires hands‑on payroll expertise in Sweden, proficiency with leading HRIS platforms, and strong attention to detail. English communication and collaborative problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Payroll operations experience with knowledge of Swedish payroll legislation and reporting requirements.
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (Workday, ADP, CloudPay) and vendor‑managed payroll models.
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to manage multiple deadlines in SLA environments.
• Strong English communication skills and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Problem solving and continuous process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate, timely payroll services for Ocado Sweden in a system‑driven environment.
• Collaborate with People teams, Finance and external payroll vendor to ensure correct and timely payments.
