Qualifications

• 6–8 years in HR leadership or senior HRBP roles.
• Strong knowledge of Swedish labor law and employment relations.
• Experience with works councils and unions in blue- and white-collar environments.
• Experience in matrixed international organizations.
• Experience with fast-growing, changing businesses.
• Proficient in Swedish and English, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Serve as HR Business Partner for managers and employees across the site.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, talent management, and performance processes.
• Guide organizational development and offboarding activities.
• Ensure Swedish labor-law compliance and union engagement.
• Partner with leaders to drive engagement and leadership development.
• Collaborate with Works Councils and manage union negotiations.
