Job summary

Tmoose is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead Sweden and Norway HR topics, aligning with management and the German HR team. You’ll be the local point of contact for employees and managers, driving an inspiring work environment across both countries.

In this strategic role you’ll deliver talent development, engagement, and organizational development initiatives while ensuring compliance with Swedish labor law and HR regulations, and collaborating with global colleagues to implement

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in HR, talent management, and labor law.
• Experience in international setting or tech/software industry; focus Sweden.
• Solid knowledge of Swedish labor law and HR regulations.
• Experience with HRIS tools and data-driven decisions.
• Fluency in Swedish and English; Norwegian is a bonus.
