Since you will support Suzuki Garphyttan’s other sites located in United States, China, Mexico and England, you will also have global contacts, which requires you to speak and write English and find it exciting to travel.
We are looking för someone with a college/university degree in automation or electrical engineering. You have a background as an automation engineer and have worked for at least five years, preferably in a process industry. You have good knowledge of PLC/HMI software for the various products as well as basic IT knowledge.
You who thrive here have a background as an automation engineer and feel comfortable in an environment where you get to collaborate with many different people from different parts of the world. Flexibility and humility are very important traits, and you are stimulated by a lot happening. We also want a driven team player who sees what needs to be done and enjoys the analytical and problem-solving part of the job. Since you will be responsible for global standards, you will sometimes need to be directive and dare to make decisions.
