At Six brasserie in Stockholm is seeking an ambitious Sushi Chef to join our kitchen team. You will support the Head and Sous Chef in delivering high-quality sushi, handle orders, and ensure proper receiving.

Responsibilities include daily preparation, supervising juniors, maintaining hygiene, and collaborating with staff to ensure guest satisfaction and cost control. We value teamwork, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in the same role.
• Michelin star experience is preferable.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Take care of daily food preparation and duties as assigned by superiors to meet quality standards.
• Coordinate daily tasks with the Sous Chef.
• Supervise junior chefs and interns.
• Ensure production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality.
• Maintain hygiene, safety and correct use of equipment and utensils.
• Communicate effectively with staff and maintain a positive work environment.
