Job summary

At six brasserie in Stockholm is seeking an ambitious Sushi Chef to join our kitchen team. You will support the Head and Sous Chef, handle daily prep and ensure consistent, high-quality dishes.

The role requires 4+ years in a similar position and the ability to work as part of a team. Michelin-star experience is preferable, but not essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in a similar Sushi Chef role.
• Michelin-star experience is preferable but not essential.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Take daily food preparation duties as assigned by Head/Sous Chef.
• Ensure highest quality in production, preparation and presentation of dishes.
• Handle purchase orders and ensure unauthorized items are not received.
• Maintain hygiene, safety and proper use of equipment and utensils.
• Communicate effectively between staff and maintain a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with Sous Chef on daily requirements and events.
• Daily feedback collection and reporting of issues as they arise.
