Job summary

At six brasserie in Stockholm is seeking an ambitious Sous Chef to join the kitchen leadership. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Executive Chef to ensure smooth service, high quality, and strong teamwork in a high-volume environment.

This role is ideal for a skilled chef ready to take the next step, with leadership responsibilities and a passion for food and craftsmanship. Michelin experience is welcome but not required, and career growth is supported within Nordic Hotels & Resorts.

Qualifications

• Have experience as Sous Chef or a Senior Chef with leadership responsibilities
• Michelin star experience is preferable, but not essential
• Be able to work effectively as part of a team
• Be comfortable working in a high-volume, high-quality kitchen
• Take responsibility during service and support the team
• Be structured, reliable and solution-oriented
• Have a strong passion for food and craftsmanship
• Be eager to develop professionally within a strong kitchen organisation
• Experience with international cuisine
