Job summary

ICANIWILL AB is seeking a structured, analytical Operations Manager to own the product flow from purchase orders to delivery to customers. You will manage supply chain activities, coordinate with suppliers and a 3PL warehouse, and drive improvements to make the entire process faster, leaner, and more reliable.

This hands-on role requires collaboration with product development, controlling, suppliers, and logistics partners.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in supply chain planning, production planning, logistics, warehouse operations or a similar role within purchasing with focus on supply chain and/or operations.
• Strong analytical skills and confident working with data in Excel (and ideally ERP systems).
• Structured and proactive, with a talent for spotting problems early.
• A clear communicator who can align internal teams as well as suppliers and warehouse partner and follow up on performance and targets.
• Comfortable making decisions under time pressure and juggling competing priorities.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on 3PL warehouse performance and support with daily trouble-shooting and problem-solving
• Analyze supply chain- and warehouse performance and drive improvements in accuracy and efficiency
• Lead and support a supply chain assistant in placing and tracking purchase orders and keeping delivery timelines accurate and up to date
• Plan and schedule production with suppliers and 3PL warehouse to match demand and launch calendars
• Maintain planning data, forecasts, and reporting across systems
• Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and warehouse teams to resolve bottlenecks
• Build and refine processes that scale with the business
