Job summary

Avaron AB is seeking a hands-on supply chain planner to keep material flow stable in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to secure material availability, handle delivery deviations, and reduce supply chain risk before it impacts production.

You will also improve planning, inventory, and transport processes while driving continuous improvement across your portfolio.

Qualifications

Academic degree in Supply Chain or related field, or significant proven logistics experience.
Fluent Swedish and English abilities.
Structured and analytical approach in a fast-paced environment.
Strong collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Monitor supplier deliveries against call-offs and act quickly on deviations.
Manage supply issues cost-effectively to minimize production disturbances, including rush transport when needed.
Communicate risks and critical part shortages to internal stakeholders.
Maintain master data essential for accurate MRP calculations.
Monitor stock levels to balance inventory and avoid shortages or excess stock.
Follow up on MRP alarms (e.g., missing ASN) and take necessary actions.
Stay in frequent contact with suppliers and internal colleagues to handle risks and crises in the supply chain.
Drive continuous improvements within your portfolio, e.g. by optimizing inventory, transport, and ways of working.
