Job summary

IMI Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a Customer Delivery Manager to own customer relationships, service delivery, and long-term value creation. Based in Linköping, you will lead managed services engagements and IT projects from planning through delivery, coordinating resources and ensuring successful outcomes.

You will build partnerships with customers and internal teams, translating needs into deliverables while supporting pre-sales activities and contract discussions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as PM/Service Manager or Product Owner in complex IT projects.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage customer relationships.
• Excellent Swedish and English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from planning through delivery and follow-up.
• Drive managed service engagements and ensure value delivery.
• Plan and coordinate internal resources to meet requirements and timelines.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers and external stakeholders.
• Ensure deliveries meet objectives, requirements and expectations.
• Monitor budgets, costs, forecasts and invoicing.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies and scope changes.
• Maintain project documentation and administration.
• Facilitate steering committees, status meetings and project meetings.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, proposals and contract discussions.
