Job summary

ICANIWILL AB is seeking a structured, analytical Operations Manager to own the product flow from purchase orders to delivery to customers. You will manage supply chain activities, coordinate with suppliers and a 3PL warehouse, and drive improvements to make the entire process faster, leaner, and more reliable.

This hands-on role requires collaboration with product development, controlling, suppliers, and logistics partners.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in supply chain planning, production planning, logistics, warehouse operations or a similar role within purchasing with focus on supply chain and/or operations.
• Strong analytical skills and confident working with data in Excel (and ideally ERP systems).
• Structured and proactive, with a talent for spotting problems early.
• A clear communicator who can align internal teams as well as suppliers and warehouse partner and follow up on performance and targets.
• Comfortable making decisions under time pressure and juggling competing priorities.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.

The role

We're looking for a structured, analytical Operations Manager to own the product flow from purchase order with a supplier to delivery to the end customer. You will be responsible for our supply chain – tracking orders, scheduling production with suppliers, coordinating shipments – as well as overseeing the operations with our 3PL warehouse partner from inbound to outbound. The right candidate has a mindset of continuously looking for ways to make the whole supply chain and warehouse processes faster, leaner, and more reliable.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You'll work closely with product development, controlling, our suppliers, 3PL warehouse and shipment partners and we expect you to step in early when something risks going off track.

What you'll do

Who you are
