Job summary

Siemens Energy AB in Finspång is seeking an Overhaul Project Manager to lead site inspections for major gas turbine overhauls and coordinate planning, execution, and customer engagement across Europe and Africa.

You will build relationships with customers, structure project activities per agreements, and provide progress and financial reporting while leading a diverse team of sub-project managers, logistics, and field service professionals.

Qualifications

• Open, flexible, proactive mindset you take ownership of projects from start to finish.
• Background in project management, engineering, installation, or commissioning.
• Fluency in English and Swedish (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in SAP, OnePM, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute site inspections for major overhauls of gas turbines.
• Build relationships with customers across Europe and Africa.
• Structure and schedule project activities per customer agreements and regional expectations.
• Provide regular project progress reports and manage financial responsibilities.
• Lead a diverse team of sub-project managers, logistics, and field service professionals.
