Job summary

Siemens Energy AB in Finspång, Sweden, seeks an experienced Project Manager for refurbishment projects in the gas turbine domain. You will drive projects end-to-end, coordinating with customers and the project team to deliver tailored solutions—from new turbine deliveries on existing packages to control system upgrades.

As part of the Mods & Ups team, you will follow established PM processes (PM40 to PM670) and ensure both technical and economic success while maintaining strong customer

Qualifications

Extensive experience in project management with formal certification or equivalent standards.
Technical education with knowledge of gas turbines or related industrial equipment.
Ability to implement and improve standard processes.

Responsibilities

Lead the execution of order projects and ensure a positive financial outcome.
Follow and implement processes as outlined by PM@Siemens Energy, from PM40 to PM670.
Be responsible for both technical and economic aspects of the projects towards customers.
Collaborate with the project team to solve problems and optimize project progress.
Maintain a strong customer focus and handle complex negotiations with professionalism.
