Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, energy engineering, automation, mechanical engineering, or another relevant technical discipline.
• Some experience from project management, project coordination, engineering, commissioning, construction, or another technical project environment.
• A strong interest in electrical infrastructure, substations, switchgear, transformers, power systems, or the energy sector.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and activities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A willingness to learn, develop, and take increasing ownership of complex technical projects.
• Fluent English and at least one Scandinavian language, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects from start to finish, coordinating with customers, engineering teams, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Track milestones, mitigate risks, and monitor budgets KPIs, risks, and opportunities to keep projects moving forward.
• Act as a key contact for customers regarding project activities, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate activities across engineering teams, factories, suppliers, customers, and external partners.
• Promote safety and quality in all project activities to support a strong Zero Harm culture.
• Collaborate closely with experienced project managers and technical specialists, gaining valuable insight and development opportunities.
