Siemens Energy in Finspång is seeking a Sub Project Manager for Medium Gas Turbines within the Technical Information team. You will oversee a portfolio of sub-projects, ensuring timely delivery of technical documentation that meets quality standards and contractual requirements.

Your role coordinates internal and external stakeholders to drive project success and maintain alignment with budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

A university degree in Engineering, Technical Communication, Project Management, or a related field.
Several years of professional experience in a technical or engineering-focused environment, with demonstrated experience in project coordination or sub-project management.
Proficiency in both written and spoken Swedish and English is essential.
Strong skills in project and process management, technical writing, and document management systems.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a keen analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

Manage the delivery, budget, and coordination for a portfolio of 5-15 sub-projects related to technical information, from initiation to completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met and resources are allocated effectively.
Ensure all technical information products are delivered in compliance with customer contracts and technical specifications.
Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines and quality.
Serve as the primary point of contact for technical information matters within customer order projects, fostering strong collaboration and clear communication among teams.
