Responsibilities

About the Assignment Description We work in a fast-paced commercial project environment with the customer and the technology in focus. Our main responsibility is to lead the technical project implementation in the area of electrical and controls within the delivery project organization for Industrial Gas Turbines. The work is performed in close collaboration with customers, customers’ collaborative partners, as well as the project management organization and other departments within the Industrial Gas Turbine organization. In addition, you will facilitate technical interfaces throughout our Sales, R&D, and Service organizations.

Qualifications

• You are an engineer with experience within electrical engineering and/or controls.
• You are strategic, with a genuine interest in leadership, people development, and excellent communication skills.
• You are interested in continuous change and development.
• You have the ability to build networks and communicate in all directions, especially in close collaboration with mechanical counterparts.
• MGT Gas Turbine know-how is considered an advantage.
• You enjoy communicating with people from different backgrounds and cultures.
• Experience within electrical engineering and/or controls (Mandatory).
• Experience with MGT Gas Turbines (Meritorious).
• Experience from international projects and collaboration in multicultural teams (Meritorious).
