Job summary

Siemens Energy is hiring a part-time Student Worker in Sweden to assist in updating critical sales and engineering documents with the Omterra branding. The role focuses on document revision, quality control and cross-functional coordination.

No prior professional experience is required, but attention to detail and MS Office skills are essential. The 12-month position supports the MGT Power Generation 2 Bid Management team, offering valuable exposure to branding, templates, and documentation

Qualifications

• Current university student in Engineering, Business or related field.
• No prior professional experience required, but document editing/administrative tasks are advantageous.
• Fluency in English is required; Swedish knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Review and update sales, bid and engineering documents to reflect Omterra branding guidelines.
• Modify templates, logos and terminology within existing offer documents and datasheets.
• Ensure consistency in formatting, layout and visual identity across updated materials.
• Perform self-checks and quality reviews to ensure zero errors prior to submission.
• Organize, catalog and archive revised documents in shared databases and document systems.
• Track progress and report status to the Bid Management team.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering and bid managers to clarify content or branding needs.
• Provide general administrative support to the MGT Power Generation 2 team during the transition.
