Qualifications

• Enrolled in IT/CS/IS/Engineering program with at least 1.5 years remaining.
• Interest in computers, workplace tech, and IT support.
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support to Siemens employees.
• Prepare, install and configure PCs for new and existing users.
• Support users with PC hardware, peripherals and workplace IT issues.
• Assist with PC replacements and hardware changes.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software‑related problems.
• Support onboarding and offboarding from IT perspective.
• Provide support for mobile phones, subscriptions and telephony questions.
• Administer users and services in Telia Touchpoint.
• Create, modify and terminate mobile subscriptions.
• Assist with SIM cards, phone numbers and telephony administration.
• Keep equipment and user information accurate and up to date.
• Escalate complex issues to IT teams when needed.
