Job summary

Schneider Electric in Stockholm, Sweden is seeking a Commercial Project Manager to lead digital power system projects from small to large scale within the Nordics DPAC.

You will cultivate strong customer relationships, drive financial performance, validate scope, manage plans and risks, and collaborate with sales and technical teams. Fluency in Swedish and English is required; hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital power project implementations.
• Background in SCADA or high/medium voltage is preferred but not required.
• Degree in electrical engineering preferred but not required.
• Commercial mindset with project management and stakeholder management experience is desirable.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.
• Drive financial performance and ensure deliveries align with contractual technical scope and timelines in collaboration with technical teams.
• Take ownership of project scope validation, contract terms, and handover from sales to project execution.
• Develop and manage project plans, financials, and reporting using advanced project tools and systems.
• Effectively manage risk, change requests, stakeholder relationships, and coordination with technical teams.
