The role blends strategy, market intelligence and business development to build structured deal flow, evaluate targets, and validate strategic opportunities for profitable growth across Europe.

Qualifications

• You bring strong experience from strategy, corporate development, M&A origination, business development, investment analysis or management consulting.
• Advanced analytical and commercial capabilities with ability to bridge strategic questions and execution.
• Strong understanding of business models, competitive advantage, growth drivers.
• Credibility with senior stakeholders and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating across functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain evidence-based acquisition themes with strategic rationale and target profiles.
• Create market maps and target universes; prioritise targets by strategic fit and economic attractiveness.
• Lead outreach to generate deal flow through networks and stakeholders.
• Assess targets, identify risks and dependencies, and advise on progression decisions.
• Lead development and validation of strategic business cases with business owners and experts.
• Improve origination methods and governance using analytics, AI and external intelligence.
