Sandvik Coromant is seeking a Head of Corporate Business Development & Acquisitions to shape the growth agenda, balance organic development with acquisitions, and lead cross-functional execution from opportunity assessment through integration and value realization.

You will own portfolio quality and business cases, drive governance, and lead a team across origination, integration and value realization, collaborating with senior stakeholders across Europe.

• Extensive experience leading strategic business development and acquisition-related work.
• Ability to translate complex opportunities into executable actions.
• Strong leadership across senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead identification and development of strategic growth opportunities and new business models.
• Own the opportunity portfolio and Build/Buy/Partner assessments with clear recommendations.
• Set acquisition themes and translate them into search fields and investment hypotheses.
• Strengthen origination pipeline and ensure solid rationale and validation.
• Develop integration and value realization capabilities, governance, and lessons learned.
• Lead professionals across origination, integration and value realization while coordinating senior stakeholders.
