DFDS seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to advise the Head of Logistics Nordics and senior leaders. Translate business strategy into actionable people priorities and drive initiatives in organizational design, change management, and acquisitions.

Based in Gothenburg with travel across Northern Europe, you will lead core HR processes, coach leaders, and use data insights to inform decisions. You will join the BU leadership team to shape the People agenda and collaborate with global and local HR

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of HR experience in an international company
• Strong strategic HR experience and ability to influence senior leaders
• Leadership experience preferred
• Proven project management skills for cross-functional HR initiatives
• Data-driven mindset with advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across cultures
• Ability to build trust and influence senior leadership decisions

Responsabilités

• Partner with senior leaders to align the People agenda with business priorities
• Lead core People processes: performance, salary reviews, talent and succession, engagement
• Lead M&A and divestment activities and strategic org design changes
• Act as a change agent, embedding People initiatives across the business
• Coach senior leaders in HR processes, leadership matters, and compliance
• Identify capability and development needs aligned with L&D strategy
• Use people data and insights to support decision-making and resource allocation
• Take ownership of high-impact People agenda within Logistics Nordics
• Collaborate with global and local HR functions to deliver people-centric solutions
