Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B solution sales.
• Experience within Contract Logistics, Supply Chain, Third-Party Logistics (3PL) or related industries is highly desirable.
• Strong consultative sales capabilities.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Commercial understanding including pricing, profitability and contract negotiations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication and social skills.
• Fluency in Swedish and English (read/write).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for new business within Contract Logistics.
• Identify, qualify and secure new customer opportunities across selected industry sectors.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
• Lead complex sales processes from opportunity identification through negotiation and contract signing.
• Collaborate closely with operations, solution design, finance and implementation teams to develop competitive customer proposals.
• Prepare commercial offers, pricing strategies and business cases.
• Contribute actively to the Management Team, providing market insights and commercial perspectives to support business decisions.
• Ensure smooth customer handover following implementation while maintaining strategic customer relationships.
• Represent DFDS in the market and strengthen the company's commercial brand.
