Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group seeks an experienced HR Business Partner for the Landskrona site. You will partner with managers to provide HR support across the employee lifecycle, driving key HR processes and shaping workplace culture in an international setting.

You will guide organizational change, lead talent development, and ensure regulatory compliance. This role reports to the Landskrona HR Director within a partnership-focused HR team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar role with ability to support managers and drive people initiatives.
• Solid knowledge of Swedish labour law; hands-on experience in employee relations and union consultations (MBL).
• Experience leading core HR processes like salary reviews, performance management, and employee surveys.
• Strong Health & Safety knowledge and HR compliance experience in a complex organization.
• Experience in international matrix organizations; strong communication in Swedish and English; HR systems proficiency (SAP SuccessFactors).

Responsibilities

• Act as a dependable advisor to managers and employees on leadership, organizational development, employee relations, and Swedish labour law (MBL).
• Drive leadership and talent development initiatives and promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
• Lead and coordinate annual HR processes including salary reviews, performance management, and surveys.
• Facilitate recruitment activities in close contact with Talent Acquisition and help develop organizational capability.
• Oversee Health & Safety, HR policies, compliance and people processes to ensure a safe, compliant workplace.
