Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Deployment Strategist Lead to open new markets, build a regional team, and lead high-impact deployments of our voice and audio AI. You will own end-to-end execution, hire capable engineers, win first customers, and ensure our product delivers measurable impact.

You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and executives, designing bespoke integrations, guiding best practices, and delivering compelling demos to strategic customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience engaging and influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
• Experience hiring, developing, and managing high-performing technical teams.
• Basic proficiency in Python and API integration for prototyping/demo building.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, able to summarize complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to align technical strategy with business objectives and revenue impact.
• Technical aptitude to quickly understand voice and audio AI models.
• Nice-to-have: experience building partner ecosystems with SI/vendors.

Responsibilities

• Meet with strategic customers to understand critical audio and voice AI needs.
• Build and lead a team of forward deployed engineers in the region.
• Identify use cases and integrate voice and audio AI into solutions.
• Design bespoke integrations ensuring seamless fit into products and operations.
• Advise customers on best practices for implementing AI models.
• Present results and future work proposals to audiences from technical teams to executives.
• Collaborate with Research and Product teams to incorporate field insights.
• Create compelling demos of our technology for customers.
• Scope applications to new industries and expand AI solutions globally.
• Own end-to-end execution of major projects for strategic partners.
