Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Deployment Strategist to work with forward-deployed engineers, GTM teams, and product engineers to deploy ElevenAgents across enterprise customers. You will synthesize workflows, identify critical pain points, and drive end-to-end flagship deals from use case discovery to implementation and pricing.

The role emphasizes deep customer embedment, collaboration with engineering, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of enterprise customer experience.
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Commercial instinct: comfortable with deal conversations and pricing.
• Basic Python proficiency and API familiarity.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and pain points.
• Own flagship deals end-to-end from use case to pricing and closure.
• Embed yourself inside strategic customers and own delivery outcomes.
• Identify high-impact use cases with customer problems and collaborate with engineers.
• Guide customers on best practices for deploying ElevenAgents and AI systems.
• Scope out applications in new industries and expand AI solutions globally.
• Present results and future proposals to technical teams and executives.
• Collaborate with Research to feed insights back into the platform.
• Build and deliver demos of ElevenAgents to customers.
• Work daily with customer engineering and executive teams to ensure production deployment.
