Job summary

Mistral AI is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist to drive adoption and deployment of AI solutions from strategic vision to production. You will collaborate with executives to design roadmaps, work with the Applied AI team for production deployments, and ensure seamless transitions from presales to postsales.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing strategic/technical role
• Degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., CS, data science, engineering)
• Foundational AI/ML knowledge with ability to advise both technical and non-technical audiences
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications (Python) to demonstrate value
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills to structure ambiguous challenges
• Executive presence to influence senior stakeholders (VP / C-level)
• Experience with sales qualification frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead executive workshops to identify business challenges and opportunities where Mistral’s AI can drive improvements
• Co-create AI adoption roadmaps with customers and quantify ROI
• Architect end-to-end AI solutions and integrate them into customer workflows and infrastructure
• Partner with Applied AI to design, prototype, and deploy production-ready AI solutions
• Serve as trusted advisor to customers and monitor KPIs tied to business outcomes
• Travel ~30–60% to foster deep client relationships and support on-site deployment
