Job summary

ElevenLabs is hiring a Solutions Engineer to scale our voice AI platform for enterprise customers. You will work with customers and sales teams to architect tailored solutions, craft technical demonstrations, and develop enablement resources that boost the sales process.

You’ll collaborate with product teams to standardize integration approaches and build self-service tools. This role emphasizes collaboration, customer empathy, and technical excellence.

• Strong Python proficiency and software development mindset.
• Excellent communication, able to tailor technical messaging to diverse audiences.
• Customer-centric mindset with ability to work directly with clients.
• Solid technical foundation to help architect integrations between solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to strengthen the technical sales process.
• Engage with customer and prospect contacts to provide bespoke support and architect solutions.
• Deliver compelling technical demos that illustrate product value.
• Create enablement content to increase sales team technical fluency.
• Build self-service tools and documentation for customer self-implementation.
• Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns with product teams.
