ElevenLabs in Sweden seeks a Senior Strategic Account Executive to drive Nordic enterprise growth in Retail & Consumer brands. You will manage key accounts, build executive-level partnerships, and translate AI voice technology into measurable business value.

You will lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles, craft compelling business cases, and collaborate with success and engineering teams to scale deployments across the Nordics.

Competenze

• 7+ years of quota-carrying strategic sales experience in SaaS or technology.
• Proven success closing complex deals with multi-stakeholder cycles.
• Well-connected in the Nordics retail landscape with senior networks.
• Experience selling to product and engineering leaders; translate tech to business value.
• Deep understanding of Nordic enterprise procurement and legal processes.

• Build and manage a growing portfolio of strategic accounts across the Nordics, focusing on Retail and Consumer brands.
• Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs' AI capabilities can drive engagement and efficiency.
• Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with compelling business cases for executives.
• Develop deep understanding of conversational AI landscape and apply it to Nordic retailers.
• Develop and execute account strategies to expand presence within the Nordics retail sector.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, FDEs and Solutions Engineering for onboarding and expansion.
• Advise clients on trends in generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents.
